Working principle 

 ■ The process of filtration 
 unfiltered liquid flows into the bottom of the element filter and pass through the filter element from the outside to the inside. Then the impurities will be trapped on the outside of element. As the impurities accumulated, the filter cake will be gradually formed. Which could remove smaller particles.

■ The process of backwash
 The back washing process is started while the filters reaches the setting differential pressure or time.
 Differential pressure transmitter outputs differential pressure signal, starts programmable controller, PLC program outputs signal to the valve actuator, and drain valve is opened, the liquid reverse flowing, and pass through the elements, the particle filter cake on the element surface will be cleaned.

 ■ With Unique cleaning program fitted with core sintered elements, the cleaning effect is equal with 80% of initial state, greatly extend strainer industrial service life and reduce pollutant emissions by 70%.
 ■ Excellent filtration components, with porous metal sintered filter, filtration efficiency could be up to 1 micron/ 99%.( 1 micron to 25 micron filter precision can be in common use.)  
 ■ Fully closed structure, 100% automatic filter, which also suits for a variety of complex and in the condition of explosion-proof occasions.
 ■ INOCO has lots of matured system solution, flow rate can be 1-200T/h. In mostly of this, INOCO filter company can provide drawing for reference.
